Client Care Center (FileCollegeInfo)

Click here to go to the Client Care Center.

The Client Care Center can be accessed with the email that you have on file and the password that you establish. We cannot create a password for you but you are always able to reset your password with the “Forgot Password” function if you have access to your email. You as the student have access to this account and so do your parents. This is one of the most important resources you have access to. It is the software that we use to help file all of your financial aid applications.

The Client Care Center is a great resource for the following:

  • Your school list
  • Ranking your schools based on preference
  • Keeping track of your school portals and passwords (College Organization tab)
  • Submitting your award letters (Document Center and College Organization tab)
  • Storing your FAFSA and CSS Profile login credentials

Methodize Test Prep

Click here to go to Methodize.

Methodize is your SAT/ACT preparation account. Your account will be associated with the email on file. You will create your own password once you receive your setup email. Your student advisor can reset your password for you once, but beyond that you will need to reset it with your email if you ever forget your password.

Methodize is best utilized:

  • Spending 10-15 minutes each day or about an hour each week
  • If you are an underclassmen, complete the modules in order
  • If you are an upperclassmen, complete a full-length practice exam first
  • Work on your weak areas once you’ve completed all of your modules

Scholarships

Click here to go tosee our scholarship guide.

Private scholarships make up a very small percentage of financial aid available to families in the US (approximately 3.4%). Create an account that you and your parents (and potentially other family members) have access to so you can get assistance in applying to as many as possible.

Here are some helpful scholarship tips:

  • Scholarship searches are always FREE
  • Spending 10-15 minutes each day or about an hour each week starting as soon as possible
  • Use your state’s scholarship search (Washboard.org for WA, Oregonstudentaid.gov for OR, etc)
  • Use websites like Fastweb, Scholarship Owl, College Board’s BigFuture, and Scholarships360
  • Local scholarships offered by businesses and non-profits will often provide larger scholarships
  • Have your college resume and a cover letter handy for certain applications
  • Always be on the lookout for new scholarships
