FAFSA Filing Tips for CFS Clients
1. FSA ID’s and Passwords are created at StudentAid.gov.
2. Our Client Care Center, where you securely report all of the information for filing, is located at FileCollegeInfo.com.
a. Your username is the email we have on file.
b. Your password is the one you created. You can use the Forgot Password function if you forget.
c. SAVE OFTEN! Press the save button at the top of the page before navigating between tabs.
Otherwise, your information will be lost.
3. You can input FSA ID, CSS Profile, and College information in the College Organization tab at FileCollegeInfo.com.
4. All tax documents (including W2’s and all Schedules) for everyone in the household should be uploaded in the
Document Center on the left-hand pane at FileCollegeInfo.com.
5. FAFSA’s do not need to be filed ON October 1st. Students will receive equal consideration for financial aid so long
as the FAFSA has been received by the school prior to their Priority Filing Deadline.
